2009-10 Department Goals:

1. Esprit de Corps / Traditions– always show pride in STA and participate in
our long-standing traditions. But, never bring discredit upon the Academy.

2.  Team over Self -  Work to be a contributing member of the team / group.
When in charge, listen to others.

3.  Patriotism – Honor America, especially during the national anthem or
when the flag is raised / lowered.

4.  Self-reliance – Take care of your own issues. Do not rely on Mom and
Dad to “carry your water.”

5.  Gentlemanship – respectful treatment of all people: especially women and
the elderly.
